In the Day Sky.....The preschoolers had a wonderful time out in the garden today as one of my preschool teachers executed this beautifully planned activity for them.
Chart Papers entitled 'IN THE DAY SKY' were given out to each student along with a crayon box and a clip board.The children were then asked to observe what can be seen in the sky.They had to draw or list what they saw....."I saw a big black bird" "A jet plane flew past me" "I saw a grasshopper" "There is a big hole in the garden!!" "This tree has pink flowers!!"'There are so many clouds in the sky" ...Excitement rose as their teacher put up their their drawings on the display board in the reception for all to see.
A great way to let children freely express their creativity....try it it works!!!
